Premier Project Management (PPM) boasts more than 15 years of combined experience in high-end and luxury new construction and existing development.

We are a diverse team of industry professionals with practical experience in hotel operations and post-construction fit-out. PPM has forged unique relationships with leading procurement agencies, hospitality materials and FFE vendors, and interior designers.

We are bi-focal. We execute our projects with a view from both sides of the fence. Our experience allows us to speak the language of the designers as well as the operations team. Together we create spaces that are not only masterfully designed and aesthetically pleasing but are organically functional and sustainable.
